I am Brooks Crocker, a passionate dog trainer based in Lubbock, dedicated to helping you and your canine companion thrive together.
From a young age, I was immersed in strong dog culture. My Father was an Animal Services Manager in a Dallas animal shelter, I was able to develop a deep understanding of dog behavior and psychology. My journey into professional dog training was fueled by a desire to share this passion and make a positive impact on the lives of dogs and their families.
I honed my skills through 3 courses and over 120 dogs at the International School for Dog Trainers (ISDT). My focus was on basic obedience, advanced obedience, off-leash control, KMODT (Koehler Method of Dog Training), food luring, Marker Training, and the advanced application of the electronic collar (E-Touch) under James Hamm, a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major, Military Working Dog Trainer and the owner/head trainer of the ISDT. This foundation taught me various behavioral issues and enhanced my obedience with proven and humane methods.
I believe each dog deserves a personalized approach to training. Whether it is housebreaking, leash pulling or more complex behavioral challenges, I tailor my method to meet the specific needs of your dog and your family dynamic. My goal is not just to teach obedience, but to strengthen the bond between you and your dog, creating a harmonious relationship built on trust and respect.
Thank you for considering me as your dog trainer. I look forward to partnering with you toward a happier, well-behaved canine companion. We can unleash your dog's full potential for years of joyous companionship.
